In the AI Research Center on Big City Life you find lot of open source free AI software and free AI websites for different purposes. No need for closed source openAI /Microsoft chatGPT or google gemini. Also no need for Discord connected AI. If you seek text/image to mesh/3D objects go in 4th floor. You get already 4 free website AI solutions for free to build your own mesh with some quality you can use. Also for texturing your mesh objects. All in the AI research Center on Big City life is either open source for free to download or as free to use websites without using Discord or to be dependent and paying for API keys either it is OpenAI/Microsoft or google. The collection will updated every day, if there is new AI, that can be used for free or downloaded for free and has some quality. Right now there is much out that is called AI but quality is bad and not really usable. Everyone seems to want to make money just by calling things AI. Is not easy to find out, what has quality and is usable. I tested also other things from Adobe e.g. but quality is pour compared to those examples I put in the AI Research Center. So there is right now no need to pay for anything that is called AI.
